Monday to Friday role.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Warehouse Manager with some relevant experience to join one of the UK’s leading insulation and construction product manufacturers. There is a clear development strategy and future prospects for growth are bright for the business. This is an additional role in the organisation as we gear up to deal with future expansion.

The Role

- An additional post, as we make one of our existing UK sites a central hub for transport movements.
- Managing fast pace warehouse holding 1 – 3 days stock, plus stock control managing and monitoring accurate warehouse stock records.
- Responsibility for efficiency of the Receiving and Loading staff who do work 24/7 per week (Sunday night to Sat AM.)
- Manage and report/progress chase orders on the factory being made to meet delivery schedules.
- Control of the loading of all vehicles within 30 minute time frame (from 30 to 100 lorries per day.)

The Individual

- An experienced Warehouse Manager or Team Leader looking for the next step to build on experience.
- Adept at working independently and on own initiative as well as part of the team.
- Not just adept at handling the needs of today - the ability to think "outside the box" and share your own ideas to senior Management about how this area of the business can develop and improve. You will be part of a project team aiming to develop new process’s, systems and procedures
- Great communications and multitasking skills.
