They are not stopping there though, they believe that their staff are key to their success, they value staff who are able to continually push themselves and have a positive can do attitude and produce the results to match. They are now looking for a Warehouse Manager to ensure the efficient and effective running of their Warehouses and help maintain and grow this function alongside the rest of the company.
This role will manage their day to day Warehouse Operations and a large team of staff. You will be responsible for all of their incoming and outgoing stock ensuring that operations run smoothly whilst solving and communicating problems where necessary. You must be able to delegate, organise and manage a large team effectively in order to do the above as well as work in fast paced environment where you will have limited resources at your disposal.
To be successful in this role you will need to have excellent commercial awareness and people management skills as well as the ability to stay organised with an unpredictable workload. The successful candidate will have to problem solve and be able to adapt to the unexpected whilst maintaining their professionalism at all times.
Their new Warehouse Manager will be a strong hands on leader who instils confidence, respect and authority through their consistent competency for the role and can at the same time lift, motivate and energise people with their personality and drive.
