The warehouse manager role is part of the Service, Delivery and Operations team. It is an important role to the business as it ensures their customer’s are happy by providing them with the goods they need on time. The warehouse team works close with their sales & customer service team to ensure that any requests or needs that the customer has are met to the best of their abilities. They take pride in offering the highest level of service to their customers, which the warehouse team plays a big part in. They are looking for someone who wants a career, a problem solver and natural leader who wants to be part of creating something great, rather than someone who just wants a 9-5 job. About you:
- Strong leader with a lead from the front mentality.
- Warehouse management experience or similar.
- Strong IT skills, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Counter balance forklift licence is a necessity.
- Bendi/Flexi truck forklift licence is desirable however conversion training from the counter balance licence can be provided for the right person.
- Strong communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual and physically fit.
- A natural problem solver with a positive attitude and a strong mindset.
