£8ph plus company bonus
This company is a supplier of innovative children’s products and decorative wall stickers to the trade and public via their websites. A new vacancy has arisen for a packer / warehouse assistant to be part of a small team ensuring the smooth running of their warehouse.
Hours of Work:
The normal hours of work are 9 am to 4.30 pm Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays).
Overtime during busy periods
Location:
They are located in the Omega Business Park, approximately 15 minutes walk from Alton train station.
Duties will include:
- Picking, packing and dispatching of both retail and trade orders.
- Receiving goods inwards.
- Ensuring warehouse shelves are filled and tidy and maintaining warehouse in a clean and tidy state.
- Use of forklift (full training available).
- Use of their embroidery machine for personalisation of items (full training given)
Essential requirements:
- Attention to detail.
- An ability to work quickly but accurately.
- Aspects of this job are physical and the job holder is required to lift and carry.
- All of their systems are computerised. Specific training will be given but knowledge / understanding of computers / use of the internet is required.
