This role will report directly to the Operations Manager. This post supports and undertakes Warehouse administration, reporting and incoming processes. These include (but are not limited to) booking on new stock into Axapta and liaising with other departments to ensure that any discrepancies, quality issues and problems are resolved.

This role would suit an individual looking to build a career and prove themselves in systems and administration, the role requires excellent attention to detail and an inquisitive character who will naturally spot and investigate anomalies.

The successful candidate will want to take ownership of a part of the system and a process supporting and communicating other people within the team. The post-holder will also perform general warehouse administration functions to support the department and provide cover and support to other roles.

Duties and responsibilities

- Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of product information on Axapta
- Daily booking in of incoming sheets on Axapta
- Note taking / minute of the weekly Sales and Operation meetings (SOP meetings)
- Investigate discrepancies, resolve quality control issues
- Run the weekly quarantine report and clear down all stock queries
- Working alongside the Operations Manager, Warehouse Manager and the Purchasing Coordinator, generate the weekly stock take and damaged stock report
- Provide support to Warehouse and Purchasing Departments
- Providing required cover e.g. generating Amazon sales orders when the Sales Account Manager is on leave, provide cover for digital orders when Sales Administrators are on leave
- Assisting with digital processes e.g. downloading on codes and saving codes on “k” drive / IT system drive(s)
- Moving/ relocation of damaged products in conjunction with Purchasing Coordinator
- Providing necessary assistance to the Purchasing Coordinator / other staff
- Processing credit notes from returns
- Processing correction prices from Amazon issued invoices
- Processing product splitting on Axapta
- Processing location transfers of stock e.g. From

Requirements:
- Experience in working with Warehouse Management System/ inventory management systems
- Experience in Microsoft Office package, especially Excel (formatting, sorting, formulas, editing)
- Experience of administrative tasks
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and processes
