One of the UK’s fastest growing business telecommunication companies is looking for an enthusiastic and committed VoIP Support Analyst to join their growing service delivery team.

The successful candidate will work from their offices in Solihull, West Midlands but may be required to visit customer’s offices across the UK to facilitate project based installations and diagnostics when needed.

Duties to include:
- Answering 2nd/3rd line support calls
- Responding to electronic tickets
- Diagnosing and fixing VoIP faults
- Design, build and maintenance of VoIP solutions
- Managing customer’s inbound numbers via web portals
- Supporting bespoke dialler solution
- TPS screening through SQL

Bespoke system training would be provided where needed.

Preferred skills:
- CCENT or CCNA routing & switching advantageous
- Awareness or knowledge of protocols: MPLS, QoS, IPv4, IPv6, SIP, RTP, L2TP, VLANs
- Knowledge of BT Wholesale, Openreach, TalkTalk Business, Virgin Media Business

Required skills:
- Good understanding of data (WAN/LAN), voice technologies and network operations
- Ability to work individually and within a team
- Troubleshooting skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise work accordingly
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Exceptional communication skills, with a customer service focused mind set
- Clean driving license and own car
