One of the UK’s fastest growing business telecommunication companies is looking for an enthusiastic and committed VoIP Support Analyst to join their growing service delivery team.

The successful candidate will work from their offices in Solihull, West Midlands but would be required to visit customer’s offices across the UK to facilitate project based installations and diagnostics when needed, they would report to Operations Manager and ultimately the Operations Director.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, normal office hours apply
Holiday: 20 days paid holiday per annum
Pay: Up to £21,000.00 per annum depending on experience

Duties to include:
- Answering 2nd/3rd line support calls
- Responding to electronic tickets
- Provisioning/supporting VoIP/SIP services
- Managing customers inbound numbers via web portals
Where needed bespoke system training would be provided.

Preferred skills:
- CCNA Cisco routing & switching
- Protocols: MPLS, QoS, IPv4, IPv6, SIP, L2TP & VLANS
- Knowledge of BT Wholesale, Openreach, TalkTalk Business, Virgin Media Business

Required skills:
- Good understanding of data (WAN/LAN), voice technologies and network operations
- Troubleshooting skills
- Common sense
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Clean driving license and own car
