This company is currently recruiting a Voids Supervisor
Main responsibilities:
- Specifying of voids
- Carry out pre and post inspections of all void works
- Monitoring work progress
- Supervising subcontractors and trade operatives on void properties
- Monitoring staff performance
- Ensuring a high quality of workmanship
- Ensuring works completed on scheduled time, to the budget and on high standard
- Ensure all client's expectations are achieved
- Attending all client and internal operational meetings
What they require:
- Experience in a supervisory role within voids contracts in social housing
- Experience in preparing jobs specifications
- Knowledge of SOR codes
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work on their own and as a part of the team
- Good time management
- Computer literate
- UK driving licence
