As the Visitor Fundraising Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for leading a team of Fundraisers who generate charitable donations to support the work of the Museum. The team are the first people their visitors meet as they arrive and they want each of them to receive a world class welcome. You’ll manage this team, ensure they are customer focussed and that they’re inviting each visitor to donate to our wonderful Museum.
You will have experience in a fundraising, charity or sales role (or be able to demonstrate that you can succeed in this type of role). You'll have the skills and personality to motivate your team to engage visitors, solicit donations, sell handbooks, offer tickets and promote the benefits of Gift Aid – and achieve against targets. You must be conscientious, reliable and able to lead your team to success.
