This Museum in Manchester is looking to recruit customer focused Visitor Experience Assistants.

Working in their Front of House team you will be one of the first faces their guests see when they enter the museum. You will give a warm welcome and deliver excellent customer service, happy to respond professionally to visitor enquiries whilst providing information, directions and assistance as required to their diverse audiences.

You will also actively promote the museum; up-selling their exhibitions and activities to meet all commercial and fundraising targets. This will involve assisting with visitor giving, furthering awareness of Gift Aid, increasing ticket sales and supporting retail points whilst ensuring all financial administrative procedures are adhered to.

You will be a true advocate for the Museum and the group with the ability to absorb information about the museum and communicate this in a positive and engaging way.

They have both a full time and part time position available, the current shifts patterns are below.

An assessment day will be held for both roles on 10 July 2017.

Full time (35 hours):
Week 1: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (9.30am - 5.15pm)
Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday (9.30am - 5.15pm)

Part time (24.5 hours):
Week 1: Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday (9.30am - 5.15pm)
Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (9.30am - 5.15pm)

£13995.80 per annum (pro-rata for part time)
