Their Retirement Living service is an exciting place to further your career as they continue to expand and develop the service they deliver to customers.. They are now looking for an additional Visiting Support Coordinator to join their well-established team.
As a Visiting Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring that residents within their schemes and customers within the community receive a supportive yet professional service with their Mobile Responder Service. The service is covered over a 24-hour period and a shift rota is in place.
You will be a good communicator, be able to show empathy even when having to address concerns and issues with customers. You will also be confident working on your own as well as collaboratively with colleagues and on-site care teams. You will be accustomed to juggling competing tasks and priorities.
You will have a full UK driving licence as well as access to a car as you will be required to travel between sites. Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to have an Enhanced DBS check.
