You'll be undertaking the following tasks:

- Working closely with the existing Assistant and Client Relationship Manager to provide an excellent support service as part of a supportive team.
- Contacting clients to arrange meetings, provide quotation documentation and follow up on outstanding proposals.
- Booking meeting rooms and dealing with post.
- Learn and contribute to specific client services including a process agent service.
- Provide credit control support.
- Carry out various standardised processes including client identity verification checks.

You'll have some or all of the following attributes:

- secretarial and/or business administration qualifications;
- at least three years working in a professional services firm;
- excellent organisation and time management skills;
- excellent communication skills, written and verbal;
- confidence with IT packages such as Microsoft Office;
- experience with managing and operating Xero and/or Workflow Max;
- interest in or knowledge of law and/or accountancy;
- excellent inter-personal skills and a customer driven attitude;
- flexible and adaptive approach to work.



You'll earn £11 - £14 per hour, plus commission and bonus. You will be paid at an hourly rate, but this is the equivalent to approximately £20,000-£25,000 for a full time role. The role is a permanent role.

Training will be provided in respect of the firm's systems and processes and you'll be offered opportunities to develop and take on different and more interesting work as your role develops.

We are based in central London but you'll work remotely from your own home. You'll be required to provide your own laptop or computer and your own internet connection. Everything else is covered.
