Venue Assistant Casual Staff (Hours Variable)
Mostly Weekends and Occasional Weekday Evenings
Hourly Rate - £8.40 (including holiday pay)
This venue is looking for reliable and proactive Event Casuals to provide high quality customer service, facility preparation, serving of refreshments, setting up and closing down to a high standard security and proactive supervision of all lettings within the Arena. The post holder will ensure that the facilities are ready for the customers; let them in/out of the facilities, help out with any enquiries they might have and maintain a high level of customer service throughout. The post holder will also be expected to ensure that the areas are clean and ready for use by the school following the hire.
You will be required to support with one-off and regular events, mostly at weekends and occasional weekday evenings, with variable hours, subject to bookings.
