The Role:
- To accurately and skilfully undertake the repair and servicing of motor vehicles
- Detect and diagnose any additional faults for further repair ensuring all work is completed safely and to the customers complete satisfaction.
- Communicate with customers in a timely and effective manner
- To work effectively within the team to ensure first time fix and excellent customer care and satisfaction at all times.
- Develop and maintain professional and positive working relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers where appropriate.
- Deal with all customers and visitors promptly, courteously, and professionally.
- Display a positive attitude, supporting the Company's reputation.
