This company requires a Services/Utilities Coordinator to work alongside the technical design team, providing support to their commercial team

Working in the Technical team you will be responsible for
- Coordinating the designs for the utilities for the site, looking after the Gas, Electric and Water from initial design through to installation and final connection.
- AV Applications/Point of connections and legal application support
- Coordinate the production & review of layouts and working drawings.
Provide support and information to -
- Construction/Commercial departments and maintain good communications to ensure the required service level is maintained.

Essential skills
- Must have at least one years experience within a utility environment
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Fully conversant with word and excel
- You will have experience communicating with multi utility companies; Water, Gas and Electricity Boards
- Self-motivator and well organised
- Confident and assertive when required
