Main Purpose and Summary of the Job:
- To support the development of software in Unity 3D, including VR simulations based on real life scenarios, serious game and applications.
- To work as part of a team of artists and developers to create successful, exciting and innovative solutions that meet project objectives and learning goals.
Primary Job Function:
- Programming in C# in line with the specifications laid out in the programming best practice guidelines.
- Unity 3D / Game Engines Development – Setting up the scene, placing assets, modifying materials, creating prefabs, experimenting with visual effects etc.
- Testing & revisions of software created, finding and fixing bugs.
General Duties:
- Technical input in meetings.
- Contributing to design ideas.
- Time Management: assisting in the planning of projects through task estimation.
- Supporting the needs of clients through the creation of materials or answering emails.
- Research into new practices, methodologies and features of the Unity editor as patches are released.
- Installation & setup of demonstrations as requested.
