The Role:
Working across a portfolio of 7 masstige and luxury beauty brands, the UK Retail Sales Executive will be required to contact and visit spas, salons and independent retailers across London, speaking to the company decision makers, whether that is the owner, manager or buyer.

This is a role strongly focused on new business, derived from your existing contacts, to approach and open accounts with new partners. Maintaining strong relationships with each partner once the account is opened will be the key to your success.

You will receive full training for the role, which you will be expected to pass on to each retailer you open an account with.

With an extensive brand and product database to work with, this is an excellent opportunity to build on existing field sales experience, as well as learning all about the worlds of cosmeceutical and botanical skincare. Through your experience, you will be expected to make judgement on which ranges of products are the most complimentary to each retailer that you approach.

You must be prepared to work for a fast-paced, constantly developing company, you must be highly driven, outgoing and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.

It is important to note that your performance will be judged on your ability to open new accounts and hit a minimum monthly sales target.

The role is predominantly field-based, however you will be required to meet with your Line Manager in the Head Office, based in Islington, one afternoon each week.

- Proven B2B Sales Experience
- Experience within the beauty industry
- Experience working with wholesales/salons/spas
- Ability to exceed sales targets and KPI’s
- Effective negotiation, communication and presentation skills across all levels
- Represent brands to the highest level at all times
- Deliver effective new business presentations in order to secure new business
