This specialist tyre centre provides high quality tyre fitting, repairs and computerised wheel alignment services with an excellent reputation for offering professional customer care and skilled tyre fitting ability.
They have an opportunity for an Experienced Tyre / Service Centre Manager, the position is a multi-tasked covering the day to day running of the centre as well as organising the workloads of the team and keeping their customers happy.
They work on an on demand basis so workloads can change quickly and you will need to be able to adapt to cover these situations.
Main duties include:
- Achieving and surpassing the centre’s targets in all areas (Sales & Service)
- Delivering unbeatable customer service and ensuring your team do the same
- Booking and organising workloads for technicians for tyres & Wheel Alignment
- Motivating staff to be successful and in turn build a winning team mentality
- Assisting your team in servicing, repairs, tyre fitting and wheel alignments during busy periods
- Maintaining quality control across all departments via KPI's
Key personal qualities:
- Proven track record in people management and organisation skills & achieving targets
- A confident supervisor preferably within the automotive industry
- Able to work under pressure when required
- Excellent Attention to detail
- Highly driven to be successful
- Highly organised & Focused
