We are looking for a Trust Officer
Full Time, 37.5 hours per week
Based at Stuart House, Westcliff-on-Sea
The patients and children we care for have been diagnosed with an illness which could shorten their life, such as cancer. But everyone matters at Havens Hospices. We look after their families, friends and neighbours too, and it makes a real difference to their life.
They are looking for a Trust Officer with excellent writing skills to join their Major Revenue team. You will have a proven track record in writing and delivering successful funding applications to meet annual targets and will be responsible for implementing robust procedures to ensure they meet the funder’s formal reporting requirements.
The role is very varied and includes maintaining and building relationships with a portfolio of charitable trusts and grant-giving organisations. Your knowledge and efficiency will ensure the smooth running of the Hospice behind the scenes.
This role will enable you to expand your knowledge and skills. In return for your expertise and passion, you’ll receive 5 weeks annual leave, extensive training and they will also contribute to the NHS Pension scheme for continuing members, and most of all, by joining their team, you’ll be ‘Making every day count’ for the patients, children and families they care for.
