They are looking for an experienced administrator to join their small but growing team based in Stratford a few minutes walk from Westfield Shopping Centre. The ideal candidate will be a highly organised self starter with a keen eye for detail and a strong ability to multi-task.
They love forward thinking people with a passion for travel and bags of enthusiasm and ideas to contribute to the role and the wider business as a whole.
Key requirements –
- Previous sales administration experience in a travel role but other sectors will be considered
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills with a strong ability to multi-task
- A strong telephone manner and excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with suppliers over the phone in a friendly and confident manner
- Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft packages particularly word, excel and power point
- A passion for travel with the desire to further develop your career in this sector
- A team player that is prepared to get involved in various parts of the business and is happy to learn and grow as the company grows
