Working as part of a team of four controllers their Transport depart is a critical function within our business, key responsibilities include but are not limited to include,
- Monitoring driver performance and deadlines, ensuring all work is completed daily to the specification booked.
- Working to resolving customer / driver queries in a timely professional manner.
- Liaising with the Operations and Compliance team to ensure all legal and customer requirements are met.
