This group is an innovative international agricultural animal health and nutrition company. They develop, manufacture, deliver and sell direct to farm, trade and international customers a range of nutrition animal health products.

They are seeking to recruit an Administration Assistant, based in Crediton, Devon, to work as part of a team supporting the day-to -day running of the their Transport Department.. The role is part-time, 25 hours per week, 9am to 2pm, Monday to Friday.

The key responsibilities would be to prepare driver paperwork, contact customers to confirm deliveries, paperwork for medicated products, customer delivery queries and together with other tasks, support the Distribution Manager.

They are looking for someone with effective communication skills both orally and in writing, competent using computer systems including MS office, with the ability to interpret and understand sales, stock and despatch data. Previous experience in a busy office is preferred.
