This Microsoft Gold Partner based in Manchester is looking for a Trainer to join their expanding team.
You will be responsible for providing internal and external training services to their customers, partners and colleagues.
Your role will entail preparing, planning and running training events on a regular basis and creating and maintaining the supporting training material.
Alongside their commercial team, you will participate in customer and showcase events, introducing new products and services to their customer and prospect base.
You will provide customer support as part of a project team during the project and post go live, engage with colleagues to implement the functionality required to meet the customer’s needs and provide training and help for colleagues, including support personnel, sales, consultants and developers.
You must have well-developed training skills plus sound generic IT skills along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You must also have a valid driving licence.
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or other similar ERP applications is desirable along with a sound understanding of business processes.
