Training and Development Manager

Do you want to become part of a growing, award-winning retail technology company? It’s their people that shape their future. They are looking for a dynamic individual to join their busy award-winning Helpdesk to develop their training plans and work with their team of experts.

Where will you be working?

You will be working at their Nottingham city centre Head Office, where their Helpdesk is based. Working Monday to Friday 9.00 – 17.30.

What will you be asked to do?

You will be responsible for the management and delivery of training to their Helpdesk. You will be required to develop and administer training programs, assess development needs, help individuals and teams to develop skills ensuring they have the ability to deliver the services to their clients confidently.

Managing training programmes that include web-based seminars, printed manuals, group session, training videos and much more. Assist with the creation of the skills matrix and input into regular updates by working closely with the Helpdesk team.

Do you have:
- Experience in development/training within a team of 60 plus
- Determine training needs and requirements
- Create skills matrix
- Regular training sessions and feedback
- Can provide challenging and stretching task and assignments
- Able to pick up technical things quickly
- Ability to learn new skills and knowledge
