With significant apprenticeship levy and non-levy contract growth, this company is expanding their team of Trainer Assessors! They have a number of vacancies in a variety disciplines across the East Midlands including Team Leading, Management, Accountancy (AAT), Health & Social Care, Childcare, Business Admin and Customer Service.

The Role

You will be working with employers to guide & support learners’ performance & knowledge throughout their training across the full apprenticeship & in readiness for End Point Assessment where applicable. You will be responsible for delivering training & undertaking assessments, whilst continuously striving to build, maintain & improve relationships with both learners and employers.

The Individual

You must have a relevant occupational qualification and/or occupational experience at level 3 as a minimum. A higher level qualification in your specialist area, such as level 4 AAT or level 5 management or health & social care, for example, would be a distinct advantage. What they really value is your industry knowledge and experience, so although holding a relevant assessor or verifier qualification and experience would be an advantage, full training & support will be provided if you have a real passion for sharing your knowledge & developing others.

You will be able to engage both employers & learners alike. An excellent planner, you will be able to manage your time effectively as well as conflicting priorities. You will have the ability to coach, develop & mentor people, proven experience of delivering training & assessing learners would be an advantage.

These roles will include travel to employers’ premises & some delivery in their training centres, a driving licence & access to a car is therefore essential.
