A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a well established specialist company providing cutting edge digital imaging solutions to the dental profession. They are seeking an additional team member to train as a digital imaging technician

The Role:
Learn how to:
- Install and service dental digital imaging equipment and software.
- Provide annual maintenance, servicing and testing of equipment at clients premises.
- Complete service and test reports.
- Provide first line support for digital radiography and imaging systems primarily through telephone support and remote access software.
- Answer client inquiries regarding computer software and hardware operation to resolve problems.
- Refer major hardware or software problems to 2nd line to manufacturer's technicians.
- Ensure all calls/tasks/appointments are logged onto company CRM software.
- Confer with staff, users and management to establish requirements for new systems or modifications.

Other tasks:
- Assist at exhibitions and trade shows. This allows you to meet clients in person and provides a better understanding of the company.
- Participate in developing and maintaining support contracts with existing and new clients.
- Be able to work in all aspects of a busy office environment
- To maintain confidentially and sensitivity at all times.
- This role will include some nights away and out of hours work/travel.

- A smart phone, laptop, company van and fuel card is provided.

Hardware and software training will be provided in house and at the manufacturer's premises in the UK and abroad.

The initial training should take between 6 to 12 months dependant upon your aptitude, application and attitude.

When you have successfully completed the training and can be sent out unaccompanied the annual salary will increase from £18000 to £23000. Pay increases are then awarded annually.

Essential Skills and Experience:
