This company is seeking a tenacious and forward-thinking individual to fill this new role as Trainee Sales and Account Manager. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of existing development accounts whilst working closely with the existing Sales and Account teams providing day to day support which in turn will provide you with additional learning opportunities.

The successful candidate will be required to identify new business opportunities within the existing account base and potential new customers. You will be responsible for growing the annual revenue in line with the company goals and aggressive targets.

Key Accountabilities and Duties

- Ensuring that the company is delivering and exceeding where possible its contractual obligations.
- Ensure that there are appropriate contacts within the accounts both commercially and operationally
- Identify new revenue opportunities to increase the account's overall revenue contribution.
- Liaise with internal departments as and when required to ensure that the company can support any new business opportunities and complete internal processes relevant for each opportunity.
- Qualify new business opportunities, assessing any potential risks and providing accurate forecasts to the Sales Director as required.
- Learn how to negotiate and complete contract negotiations, and how to prepare, amend and read contractual agreements (working with their Legal Counsel).

Communication
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Develop a matrix of operational and senior level business and technical relationships within the customer’s organisation.
- The successful candidate must be able to present themselves confidently

- Excellent strategic vision and commercial acumen
- Ability to build and develop strong client relationships
- Experience of EPOS/Acquiring/Comms markets preferable
- Ability to interact at all levels of business from technical, managerial, financial and corporate

Essential

- The successful candidate must hold a full clean driving licence
