These leading independent property professionals are seeking a trainee property manager to work within their estate agency. They have a small team within their busy office in Portsmouth and deal with both sales and lettings. The role is full time, Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm and 2 in 4 Saturdays a month 9am-4pm.
The successful candidate must be able to work independently as well as part of the team. The role is customer facing and therefore they are seeking someone confident with good customer service skills. A full UK driving license is essential as the candidate will be carrying out viewings on Saturdays. Immediate start. Previous experience is not essential as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing property check outs
- Creating inventories using Ipad
- Liaising with landlords and tenants
- Organising deposit returns
- Organising general maintenance
- Some general admin duties
- Answering the phone, meeting & greeting customers and booking appointments
- Carrying out lettings & sales viewings when required (full training will be provided)
