This company currently has a vacancy for a Trainee Project Co-ordinator to work from their UK office, based in Linton, Cambridgeshire.

They are a long established Company who manufacture Roof Glazing solutions for the UK Construction Industry. They supply the Building Services industry across the UK and Europe and have offices in the UK, Denmark and Lithuania.

The ideal candidate will be educated to A Level standard or higher and/or have a minimum 12 months office experience. There are numerous daily, weekly and monthly tasks, for which the candidate after full training will become responsible for.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager within the Operations Departments department (Linton based) you will be responsible for…
- Be main point of contact for deliveries and logistics in the UK
- Report logistics data in the weekly production meetings
- Prepare weekly shipping lists ensuring monies are paid and customers within credit limits
- Updating customer care/aftersales database
- Liaison with UK customers and point of contact for our factory in Lithuania & Copenhagen
- Prioritise deliveries and manage any potential delays
- Notify customers of confirmed or amended delivery dates
- Assist Project Managers with ordering materials
- Assist in calculating final cost data on projects
- Assist with preparing static and structural calculations

This is an entry level role into an organisation for an individual looking to strengthen their skills and embark on a career in project management, engineering or the wider UK construction/manufacturing industry with a clear path for progression within the company.

Full training will be provided for the right candidate as well as the opportunity to further their own personal development through higher learning.
