They are currently recruiting for a full time Trainee Parts Adviser for their main dealer site in Uxbridge, Middlesex, UB8.

Working in this busy motor parts dealer you role will be dealing with both retail and trade customers to source the right Parts for the customer's needs.

This role will entail general duties within the parts department so whether it's booking in parts, dealing with customers over the phone, by email, fax or at the front counter. As you are representing the brand you must always be smart and professional in manner.
They are looking for someone willing to learn the trade

Working Hours will be Monday to Friday - 08:00am – 5:30pm and 1 in 3 Saturday 08:30am – 12:00pm.

- You will be working with a close team who are thoroughly committed to delivering an excellent Parts service.
- You will need to be a strong all-rounder and willing to understand all aspects of a parts department, from goods-in processes, parts identification, order processes, perpetual stock checking, stock rotation, parts returns and liaising with customers over parts related matters.
- You will be customer focused, and able to prioritise your workload to ensure your meet Trade customer's expectations.
- You have a good technical / mechanical understanding to aide your parts identification / up-sell technique.

About You
This is a hands-on role, you will be liaising with all departments.

Proven customer service skills, preferably in the parts trade but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Capture and entry of customer data & administration
- Processing customer orders
- Resolving customer queries face-to-face, on the telephone and via email
- Ensuring the highest level of customer service
