Position Summary
The role is working as part of a small finance team and your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Completion of monthly processor reconciliations in various trade currencies, ensuring that any discrepancies or differences are identified and the appropriate corrective action is taken.
- Completion of multiple bank reconciliations in various currencies.
- Verify payments for the cashier department prior to submission.
- Processing supplier invoices.
- Assist in the production of monthly Management Accounts and month end procedures.
- Provide financial analysis and support.
- Provide support to the Finance team in other ad-hoc accounting activities.
The Person
- Be a confident communicator at all levels
- Have experience in a similar finance position
Desirable
- Be confident on MS Excel - Pivot Tables and V-Look-ups - Desirable
- Be studying toward AAT/CIMA/ACCA – Desirable
- Have experience of Sage – Desirable
