A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a well established specialist company providing cutting edge digital imaging solutions to the dental profession. They are seeking an additional team member to train as a digital imaging engineer

The Role:
Due to the nature of the equipment and installation environments there is heavy lifting involved.

This role will include some nights away and out of hours work/travel.

Learn how to:
- Install and service digital x ray, dental imaging equipment and software.
- Provide annual maintenance, servicing and testing of equipment at clients premises.
- Provide first line support for digital radiography and imaging systems via telephone support and remote access software.
- Refer major hardware or software problems to 2nd line manufacturers'
technicians.
- Ensure all calls/tasks/appointments are logged onto company CRM software.

Comprehensive training will be provided in house, on site and at the manufacturer's premises in the UK and abroad.

Other tasks:
- Assist at exhibitions and trade shows. This allows you to meet clients in person and provides a better understanding of the profession.
- Participate in developing and maintaining support contracts with existing and new clients.
- Be able to work in all aspects of a busy office environment
- To maintain confidentially and sensitivity at all times.

Essential Skills and Experience:

- Positive and friendly personality with a 'can do' attitude
- Work well with others.
- Full, clean driving license
- High level of I.T and practical skills.
- Be punctual, presentable, articulate and numerate.
- Excellent verbal and written command of English.
- Be willing to learn and take constructive criticism.

The initial training should take between 6 to 12 months dependent upon your aptitude, application and attitude.

Initial Salary when training.is £18000 per annum.
Immediate start available.

When you have successfully completed the training the annual salary can increase up to £25000.

Smart phone, laptop, company van, fuel card and expense card are provided on completion of training.

Pay increases are then awarded annually.
