Trainee Digital Sales Account Manager, £25K rising to £30K after 6 months + uncapped OTE

YOU…

Will have some experience in a sales orientated role. This could include call centre, telesales, fundraising or retail work - anything with an element of sales! Just as important are…

- Reasonably numerate
- Strong organisational skills
- A good awareness of digital advertising - though training will be provided

Initially the role will be office based and largely focussed on new business. This will provide a platform to help you develop your sales skills and product knowledge whilst also earning a competitive salary. After six months, you’ll take on the responsibilities of a Sales Account Manager. New business will still be vital, but the emphasis will move towards building long term relationships with agencies and clients. Your goals will be understanding your clients’ marketing strategies in order to grow existing business, as well as continuing to find ways of bringing new clients on board. The role will include regular travel in the UK and potentially abroad too.
