Exciting opportunity to join a local Shared Service Centre operating for a Global Japanese trading company. This position predominately provides reporting and analysis support for several offices in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region.

This is a fast paced, high volume process environment, working to strict key performance indicators which include a very high level of accuracy.

This role will include extraction of data to create various monitoring reports including Risk Management using SAP Accounting, Sage and other bespoke software. Data Input using excel, downloading reports following standard operating procedure guides with an adherence to specific KPI requirements.

Excellent written and telephone communication skills are required as well as an exceptional eye for detail, organisational skills and a strong aptitude in numerical skills. The ability to work to strict deadlines is essential.

Education requirement is a minimum of GCSE A-C in Maths and English or equivalent.

Advanced (preferable) or intermediate skills in MS office package, especially Excel. Previous accounting experience including SAP or Sage desirable but not essential.

Hours of work are non-peak Monday to Friday 8am -4.30pm - peak (last working day and first four working days of the month) Monday-Friday 8am -5pm
Salary is dependent on experience.
