This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Customer Service / Sales Advisor to join their London Trade Counter Department to take responsibility for the daily sales activities.
The Role
This is a key position as you will be the customer’s first point of contact with their business. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by offering a quick reliable and friendly service coupled with advice and guidance on products from our range. In addition you will be expected to complete daily administration tasks to ensure the counter runs effectively.
Essential Skills / Experience
The ideal candidate should have
- GCSE qualifications in English and Maths
- Excellent communication skills are essential as your ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers is key to delivering first class customer service
- Have a friendly and approachable manner
- Proficient in the use of computers
- Keen interest in the jewellery trade
- Previous experience in a customer facing role is desirable
- A relevant jewellery making qualification would be a distinct advantage
Hours of work:
Total 37.5 hours per week, working a pattern of Monday – Friday 08.30-16.45 with a 45 minute lunch break each day.
