*PLEASE NOTE: This is a Maternity cover position until March 2020 with a view to becoming a permanent role*

Their office is based in Colwick, only 3 miles from Nottingham city centre, and currently employs over 70 members of staff.

Your role:

The successful candidate, after FULL TRAINING , will be responsible for arranging the travel arrangements and general itinerary fulfillment for their Ski groups travelling to Italy (but could also be to other destinations) **Please note Skiing experience is not a requirement of this role. This is an office based role and full training will be given**

Your responsibilities will be:

- Liaise with group leaders via e-mails or phone calls, arranging the Ski itineraries and answering any queries regarding their tour.
- Research new après ski activities suitable for school groups.
- Make all of the necessary reservations in resorts including ski hire, ski lift passes, transfers and meals.
- Liaise with all staff involved within the ski department (including ski sales staff and staff recruiting for ski instructors and ski technicians)
- Assist with the recruitment of Ski representatives (occasionally, to attend job fairs).
- To be the main point of contacts during office hours and out-of-office hours when ski groups are in resorts.

Essential requirements:

- Fluent Italian speaker
- Excellent customer service skills
- Highly organised and attention to detail
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent written English and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team as well as individually
- Ability to prioritise work and to multi-task
- Good knowledge of Word and Excel

Beneficial requirements:
- An interest in Ski and travel
- Knowledge of the travel industry
- Knowledge of any other European language
