This ISTQB Certified company requires a highly motivated Test Analyst who will be responsible for ensuring that quality products are delivered to an extensive client base. As a Test Analyst, you will be involved in Test planning, preparation, execution, defect management and reporting across all phases of the software development life cycle.

They are looking for a highly motivated Test Analyst who is passionate about ensuring that quality products are delivered.

This role would be ideal for someone who is passionate about testing and is interested in exploring a career in testing and delivering quality products to clients. The candidate must also have strong test automation skills to be able to effectively handle test automation activities, and will have the opportunity to help shape the test automation evolution of our products.

This role involves:
- Support Test activities including identification of test conditions, creation and execution of test cases for Project work
- Communicate effectively with the development and management teams when required
- Understand the operating procedures of the Test processes within the company
- Actively involved in both manual and automation testing activities
- Convert existing manual and regression test scripts into automated test scripts
- Identify areas of improvement in the testing cycle and share the same with the test lead to reduce time to deployment and ensure quality of test deliverables
- Working closely with Developers in an Agile environment
- Support BAU activities by creating and executing detailed test cases for Service Requests raised

Skills Required

- A tertiary qualification in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field
- 3 years+ relevant work experience
- An interest or experience with Billing/CRM systems
- Past experience in Automation testing using Selenium.
- Past experience developing and implementing automated test practices for desktop applications
- A high level of written and verbal communication skills
- Critical thinking skills and an exceptional eye for detail
- Passion for testing, automation and learning new skills
- A team player, able to work alongside technical teams as part of projects

Their customers are global, so while this role is predominantly based in London or Thames Valley, domestic and overseas travel should be anticipated.
