An exciting sales management role has arisen at this direct marketing company based in Bournemouth. They are looking for an experienced Telesales Manager to manage an existing sales team offering new issue commemorative and secondary market coins to collectors in the UK.
About The Company
This is a well established and dynamic company which has experienced exceptional growth since it was founded in 2013. As well as gold and silver secondary market issues, they sell new limited edition commemorative coins ranging from £5 to £30,000 to mark royal anniversaries such as the Queen’s coronation and important national events such as the Centenary of World War I.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage an established campaign telesales team selling limited edition collectable coins to existing
clients only (no cold calling involved)
- Train and develop the telesales team to improve their performance utilising call recording sessions, internal training and one to one sessions
- Identify and nurture team members who have the potential to be promoted to their client Account team to ensure they consistently achieve and exceed key performance indicators
- Write persuasive telesales scripts and supporting telesales documents

Key Benefits
On offer is a basic salary of £24,000 per annum plus an attractive commission structure. The realistic OTE is £40,000-£45,000. You will receive 28 days holiday including bank holidays and accrue an additional holiday day each year up to 32 days.
