They recognise a happy, fun-loving workforce is good for business. And so is a well-paid one. During training their fundraisers are paid £8 per hour, once the four week training has been passed successfully you will automatically raise to £8.75 per hour.
That's why they pay a guaranteed basic salary and a monthly sales bonus which should easily see you making £22,000 or more in your first year.

Experience isn’t required, however experience as a telesales executive for 1+ years would be an advantage. You need to have plenty of confidence to be a successful telephone fundraiser.
Monday to Thursday 11am – 8pm (90 mins breaks throughout the day)
Friday 10am – 6pm (60 mins breaks throughout the day)
