Salary – £17k – 18K + bonus

Today its portfolio has expanded to become a leading business solutions provider with a range of products to assist in the efficient running of businesses and organisations across the UK.
As a Telesales Executive, you will be:
- A driven individual who can work off their own initiative to generate new sales for the business through cold calling, networking and marketing activities
- Building relationships and generating leads from new and existing customers, researching companies that could benefit from the services.
- Communicating effectively with key decision makers in a variety of organisations, collaborating with colleagues to book site visits.
- Input all activities including calls/appointments & tasks into their CRM system.
- Passionate, fun and have the entrepreneurial flare to build your own client base, Self-Starter, Quick Learner and Highly organised progressing to further business opportunities.
The successful Telesales Executive will have the following skills and experience:
- 2 years Minimum Experience in telesales/telemarketing, ideally in a B2B setting with the ability to make in excess of 60 calls per day.
- A fantastic telephone manner, able to build long lasting relationships with clients, confident and resilient – never giving up!
- Self-motivated, effective communicator, good listener and strong influencing skills
- Understands CRM's and their importance to the wider business, basic IT knowledge, technology sales would be advantageous.
- Thrive on working towards targets with proven sales ability with outbound objection handling skills
In return they offer a package:
Up to £18k Basic salary
- Bonuses & uncapped commission as progressing further into the role

- Up to 28 days holiday (pro-rata) inclusive of bank holidays rising to 36 days with service
- Working Hours would be 9.00 - 17.00
