This company is looking for a bright and motivated individual to join the sales development team in their London area office in Staines. The Sales Development Representative is responsible for qualifying the sales needs prospects through follow up calls, emails, and research This is a high velocity position that requires a great deal of persistence, organisation.

A day in the life would include sending outreach emails, placing cold calls, and scheduling meetings for account executives to meet with qualified prospects. Ideal candidates should be eager to work directly with sales, marketing, and customer care to deliver a world class sales experience. This full time position offers a defined advancement path to a sales account executive position to support your career development.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver qualified sales opportunities to account executives by identifying the goals and capabilities of prospects.
- Discover primary decision makers at prospects and determine best outreach strategy to make contact with them.
- Manage complex follow-up sequences to maximise number of successful contacts with prospects.
- Create a great first impression to their prospects and customers.
- Identify decision makers within targeted accounts.
- Partner with account executives to fill their pipeline and develop sales skills.
- Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and closed business.
- Continually adjust processes to meet changing demands of the business and market.

Qualifications/Experinece:

- 6+ Months Sales Experience
- Displayed interest in industrial, scientific, or engineering fields
- Experience with Salesforce or other enterprise CRM provider a plus.
- Experience with Pardot or other marketing automation provider a plus.
- Naturally competitive with a positive attitude.
- Ability to respond dynamically to objections.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a sales team.
- Strong Organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent oral/written communication skills.
- Strong sense of urgency.
- Long term desire to grow in sales or marketing.
- Bachelors degree preferred.
