Due to ongoing success and accelerated growth this HR & HS Consultancy company wishes to appoint a proven Telesales Executive to join their successful team.

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform telemarketing calls to identify, generate sales opportunities and book appointments in line with KPI’s
- Handle objections – daily!
- Work with external Business Development Managers to convert prospects into meetings and then into revenue
- Conduct prospecting via internal database and external sources
- Record progress and update internal records using a CRM system (they use ACT, so if you’ve used it before, that would be useful. Useful, not essential!)
- Develop, manage and chase a pipeline and be able to forecast the likelihood of it converting to your boss
- Customer contact via incoming and outgoing calls and email
- Delivery of the best possible customer service – they really are important to us.

Skills:
- Some B2B sales experience is essential – ideally in your most recent role
- Good interpersonal skills
- Be adaptable and think outside the box
- Possess positive and ‘can do’ attitude
- Ability to communicate clearly both on the telephone and in writing
- Must be highly motivated and able to work independently
