They offer full in house training however sales experience would be an advantage but not essential as long as you have the desire to succeed.
They offer sociable working hours (9.00am to 5.30pm), a basic salary of £15,000 p.a. basic plus an uncapped commission structure and 20 days holiday per year. They also offer a great working environment, on-site restaurant facilities, staff incentives etc. They are also based locally on Wallisdown Road which is accessed by excellent bus routes.
