This is an opportunity to join an established but very fast-growing Internet Marketing business based in modern co-working offices in central Derby.

The business operates comparison websites in the legal and home moving sectors and matches consumers looking to compare quotes and services, with businesses who can provide those services.

They have had rapid 15-fold growth over the past 5 years and are now market-leaders in their core industries.

Their continued growth means they are looking to recruit proven and passionate Telesales Account Managers to add to their growing team.

**The Role**

As a relatively small but fast-growing organisation, you will be working alongside senior management and will be visible in your role.

You will have a unique opportunity to work and learn about every aspect of the business. You will be able to get involved in decisions that would not be possible in a larger, more rigid organisation, thus providing ample opportunities for you to develop yourself as the business grows.

In this role, you will be:

- Conducting outbound Business2Business sales calls – both cold and warm leads;
- Taking inbound phone enquiries from your account portfolio;
- Providing consistently excellent customer-service;
- Account managing existing customers in order to maximise the value of each account;
- Able to understand customer’s needs and able to sell features and benefits around these;
- Fully accountable for hitting monthly sales KPIs & call volumes

**The Candidate**

They are looking for passionate, driven individuals with proven sales success and who want to achieve personal success and grow with the business.

Key skills required include:
- An outgoing and positive attitude;
- Proven track record in outbound telephone sales;
- Business to business (B2B) telesales experience is highly desirable;
- Ability to approach and pitch to new prospects;
- Can respond quickly and overcome objections;
- Excellent communicator with professional phone manner;
- Ability to persuade and influence others;
- Strong drive to succeed and exceed targets;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Team player.

**The Package**
Excellent base salary up to £26k dependent on experience with uncapped bonus potential.

Comfortable OTE of existing account managers is £50-70k per annum.

The hours are Full Time, Monday to Friday, regular business hours. No weekends or evenings.

They offer an excellent holiday package, workplace pension with additional days accrued plus early finish incentives.

Their offices are in central Derby and as such can be accessed easily from a range of locations including Nottingham.
