This employer is looking for experienced telephone agents to join their awesome team! You will be working from home and the business hours are Mon - Friday, 9-5 - Full time (40 hr) position available. Flexible hours, part time also available/share the ‘seat’ with another staff member.
Your duties will include:
- B2B calls to new customers and businesses.
- Booking appointments for the sales team
- Asking questions to understand customers’ needs
- Follow up with sales team to prepare for their meeting
- Answer incoming calls from customers to book appointments
What is important:
- Access to good WiFi & a laptop/PC or tablet
- Previous Telesales, Telemarketing or Receptionist/Account Management experience or worked in a target driven customer service environment.
- Comfortable on the telephone.
- Positive attitude & a 'people person'
- Saleforce/Zendesk or similar trained a bonus.
