It's an exciting time at this company - due to phenomenal and sustained growth, they are preparing for 2019 to be ther biggest and best year ever. They have got big plans to bring their products and services to more businesses in Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion than ever before, and they are on the lookout for somebody to help spread the word to more potential customers in their local area.

They are looking for somebody who is proactive and focused - a naturally confident communicator with a zest for life and making ICT headaches disappear for their customers. Whilst they don’t expect you to have detailed technical knowledge, they are looking for somebody fairly savvy with a basic understanding of the products they sell. Full training will be provided but they are looking for a fast learner – somebody who can hit the ground running. You’ll primarily be based at their offices at the prestigious Bridge Innovation Centre, Pembroke Dock, but will be expected to travel off-site to see customers on a regular basis.

Day-to-day, it’ll be your job to identify, contact, convert and look after new customers. Liaising closely with the Voice & Data Specialists within the business, you’ll find the right solution for each of their customers, every time. Your time will be spent hunting down new opportunities, using your outstanding persuasion skills to arrange on-site meetings and demonstrating their solutions in order to convert to a sale. You’ll have realistic sales targets and there is an excellent uncapped commission scheme for every project you successfully sell.

They are looking for a natural born communicator, somebody who genuinely takes an interest in helping people and will get a real kick out of finding the right solution to their customer’s needs. This is a new position within their company with huge potential to develop into a management role in a short period of time. - Must have a full UK driving licence and own car
- Must be very computer literate with the ability to use basic applications such as Outlook, Word, Google Calendar and similar with ease. Training on ther internal systems will be provided.
- Must be flexible with the ability to travel around West Wales as and when required.
- Reliable, honest and trustworthy – their customers depend on you.
- Must have B2B sales experience – they are looking for an experienced and persuasive negotiator.
- Must be an accurate timekeeper – when in work, you’ll live in your calendar and must be on time, every time.
