Are you a Technical Writer with experience in the IT sector? Are you seeking an opportunity where you will be exposed to a diverse customer base?

This is an opportunity to join a highly successful, well respected and growing team specialising in helping businesses access government funding incentives. Their cross-disciplinary team of Technical Experts, Accountants and Tax Specialists is disrupting the traditional tax consultancy market. If that sounds exciting, they want to hear from you.

Due to sustained growth, they are now seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Technical Writer to join their expanding team. In this varied role you will be preparing technical reports to support R&D tax relief claims. This will involve meeting clients in the IT sector and conducting technical interviews with CTOs and technical leads. In addition, you will undertake research into the client's technology so that you can describe the technical advancement and uncertainties of their development activities. You will be working closely with the costing/tax team who will also attend client meetings with you. If that sounds exciting, they want to hear from you.

The ideal applicant:

- Has outstanding technical and persuasive writing skills,
- Can conduct technical interviews – questioning, listening, fact-finding, and probing
- Is personable and comfortable with meeting of C-suite Executives.
- Has a broad interest in science and technology, especially IT\Software
- Is able to manage multiple client projects and to manage client expectations
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word
- Lives within reasonable travel distance of London (up to 1hr commute)
- Is prepared to travel to client meetings anywhere in the UK
