They are looking for an enthusiasm for providing customers with technical support, customer care and on boarding new customers, be it remotely or face to face.
The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, good phone manners, polite and tech savvy.
Job Position:
- Providing technical support (via phone)
- On-boarding new customers - to make sure that their account set up goes smoothly
This is a role that can progress into a more customer facing role, if the applicant is suitable.
Ideal Background:
Although we are considering candidates from all backgrounds that show they are computer literate and have the ability to learn new software packages, it would be nice to have a background in:
- Accounting/book keeping
- Technical IT support
- Customer care
Once the candidate is versed in the skills listed, they may specialise into one of the 3 specific roles:
- Telephone Support
- Client Liaison / Project Manager
- Training Specialist
They positively welcome applications from people who are multilingual or who have an international background.
- You must be a resident in the UK and have a full valid UK work permit.
- Immediate availability preferred.
The successful candidate must live within a commutable distance to their office in SE8, London.
