The story so far…

This role is all about providing an excellent technical support service to the businesses in this group and those that work in them. Working with the Technology Manager you will have full ownership of the service we provide and the experience the end user receives from the Technology team. You will be part of a forward-looking team, creating and supporting a global infrastructure with your expert IT knowledge and experience.

What’s expected of me in my role:
- Be a happy, caring, fun member of the Technology team
- Managing the IT user experience for their businesses and teams, being the first line of support for all IT issues across all technologies
- Owning and working within our internal SLA’s, managing stakeholders and prioritising issues as required
- Managing the Windows server environment which includes, user accounts, group policies and active directory structure management
- Ensuring all their IT kit is logged following their Asset Management process
- Create and facilitate tech roll out plans for their field based and head office teams
- Liaise with external IT suppliers to provide 3rd line support to their end users where required

- Can prioritise and problem solve effectively

Experience
- Working in an IT customer service role
- Working across all technologies

Qualifications
- MCP, MCSA or related qualification preferred
