This company is looking to recruit a 3rd line Support Analyst. The 3rd Line Support Analyst is a key position. You will be the public face of their support department providing their customers with a 1st class service. You will be organising and prioritising IT issues, diagnosing and solving technical issues. In addition to performing internal and client facing projects and automating business functions.

Key Job Duties:
- Responding to support calls within strict SLAs and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Handling support calls and escalations from end users
- Supporting 1/2nd line with questions and knowledge transfer
- Completing 3rd line support tickets where necessary
- Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of IT Support
- Maintenance and administration of Windows Desktop and Server environment, including all features such as;
o Active directory
o Group policy’s
o DNS
o Bitlocker
o Hyper V
- Maintenance and administration of Cloud and Hybrid platforms hosted on Azure, AWS and Google
- Managing Microsoft O365 environments and associated identity platforms
- Managing and maintaining MDM platforms
- Architecting and building new environments either physically and virtually
- Be part of the projects team to help deliver and support IT changes where needed
- Perform research to improve our service
- Following reasonable requests from your Line Manger
- Very occasional out of hours work will be required and travel nationally
- Automating business and operational process's internally and for clients

Qualifications/ Knowledge Required
- IT related degree or (4 years proven experience in a 2nd line role)
- MCP or equivalent
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suites 2013-19 and Office 365
- Advanced networking knowledge, including firewalls, routers and switches
- Advanced hardware knowledge, including laptops, desktops and servers
- Advanced cloud platform knowledge, including Azure, AWS and Google
- Experience in Identity management, SSO and integration to third parties
- Experience in Mobile Device Management mainly Intune
- Basic iOS and Android knowledge
- Basic OSX skills
